  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Franks hot sauce Adjust according to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Reserve some for topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Reserve some for topping
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped green onions or celery for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and Franks hot sauce until well incorporated.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture and blend until fully combined.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, saving a small handful of each cheese for topping.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature with dippables like tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks. This dip can also be customized with the addition of blue cheese or different cheeses.
