Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works well
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Frank's RedHot is recommended
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • Optional toppings blue cheese crumbles, green onions, extra buffalo sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, with slightly golden edges.
  • Garnish with optional toppings, then serve warm with your favorite dippers.
