Instructions
In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon or lime juice, adding salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Toast the whole-wheat bread to your preferred crispness.
Spread a generous layer of avocado mixture over each slice of toast.
Arrange quartered black olives along the top edge to create hair.
Place two slices of hard-boiled egg on the avocado layer for eyes, topping each with a ring of olive.
Use red bell pepper strips to form a mouth. Get creative with the shape!
If using, add radish slices for extra decoration.
