Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado (halved and pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3 slices whole-wheat bread (toasted)
  • 3 black olives (cut into quarters) (for hair)
  • 1 black olive (sliced into rings) (for eyes)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced into thin strips) (for the mouth)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg (sliced into rounds) (for eyes)
  • 1 radish (sliced thinly) (optional, for decoration)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon or lime juice, adding salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  • Toast the whole-wheat bread to your preferred crispness.
  • Spread a generous layer of avocado mixture over each slice of toast.
  • Arrange quartered black olives along the top edge to create hair.
  • Place two slices of hard-boiled egg on the avocado layer for eyes, topping each with a ring of olive.
  • Use red bell pepper strips to form a mouth. Get creative with the shape!
  • If using, add radish slices for extra decoration.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your spooky creation!
