Ingredients
  

  • 2 servings Ramen Noodles
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breast.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, cooking until slightly thickened.
  • Add the drained ramen noodles to the creamy broth, stirring gently to combine.
  • Serve the ramen topped with sliced chicken, a drizzle of sesame oil, and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop with a splash of broth if needed.
