Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breast.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, cooking until slightly thickened.
Add the drained ramen noodles to the creamy broth, stirring gently to combine.
Serve the ramen topped with sliced chicken, a drizzle of sesame oil, and garnish with green onions.
