sabja seeds or chia seeds

rose syrup or Rooh Afza

milk
Instructions
Prepare the falooda noodles by boiling them in hot water for 3-5 minutes, then drain and transfer to cold water.
In a saucepan, heat the milk until it reduces to half, then add the cooked noodles and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the rose syrup to the milk and noodle mixture, then chill in the refrigerator.
Soak the sabja seeds in water for 3-4 hours until they swell.
In a tall glass, layer the chilled milk and noodle mixture, soaked sabja seeds, scoops of ice cream, jelly, and powdered pistachios.
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing dessert!
