Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams rice noodles
  • Jelly flavored of your choice
  • 4 teaspoons sabja seeds or chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup powdered pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons rose syrup or Rooh Afza
  • 1 tub ice cream
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the falooda noodles by boiling them in hot water for 3-5 minutes, then drain and transfer to cold water.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk until it reduces to half, then add the cooked noodles and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the rose syrup to the milk and noodle mixture, then chill in the refrigerator.
  • Soak the sabja seeds in water for 3-4 hours until they swell.
  • In a tall glass, layer the chilled milk and noodle mixture, soaked sabja seeds, scoops of ice cream, jelly, and powdered pistachios.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing dessert!
