  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on.
  • Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice each half into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well-coated.

Baking

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges in a single layer, ensuring they don't touch.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the wedges cool for a few minutes before serving.
