Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a 9-inch cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until pale yellow and thick.
Add the sour cream and mix until combined.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, mixing just until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and arrange the sliced plums on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
