Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker, laid out evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion soup mix, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure they are well-covered.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Once cooking time is complete, check that the chicken is tender and easily falls apart with a fork.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken along with the rich sauce over your prepared noodles, rice, or potatoes.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the slow cooker. You can use frozen chicken breasts without thawing. Adjust seasoning and consistency to personal preference.
