Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar for sprinkling

Decoration

  • Purple, green, and gold sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Press the seams together to create a solid sheet of dough.
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the long edge, creating a log shape.
  • Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sprinkle it over the top of the bites.

Baking

  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once cooled, decorate with purple, green, and gold sprinkles.
