Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Pasta Your choice
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese for serving (optional)
  • Red Pepper Flakes for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • With 3 minutes left on the pasta, add the broccoli florets to the pot.
  • Drain the pasta and broccoli together, then set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Toss again to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  • Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently, adding a splash of olive oil if needed.
