Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Can use turkey breasts or thighs.
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved Any small potatoes can be used.
  • 2 cups carrots, chopped Cut into uniform pieces for even cooking.
  • 1 piece onion, diced White or yellow onion works well.
  • 2 cups chicken broth Low-sodium broth can be used.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to personal preference.

Preparation

  • Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add the halved baby potatoes, chopped carrots, and diced onion on top of the chicken.
  • Pour in the chicken broth over the layered ingredients.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
  • Cover the crockpot with its lid.

Cooking

  • Set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Serving

  • Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it back into the pot with the vegetables and broth.
  • Serve warm, ladled into bowls or directly from the crockpot.

Notes
