  • 1 box cake mix (any flavor) Chocolate, vanilla, or funfetti work well.
  • 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip
  • 1 large egg

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the centers remain soft.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
