Ingredients
  

For the Peppermint Bark

  • 24 ounces almond bark The creamy base of the peppermint bark.
  • 1 bag unwrapped Hershey Candy Cane Kisses or 6 bars Hershey Candy Cane Bars Adds delicious minty flavor.
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes Provides the finishing touch with crunch and festive color.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a large baking sheet with wax paper or a silpat baking mat.
  • Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl on half power for 2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted almond bark onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a layer about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Chill the almond bark in the fridge for 10 minutes or in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Melt the Hershey Candy Cane Kisses or bars in another microwave-safe bowl as before.
  • Once melted, pour the candy cane chocolate over the chilled almond bark and spread it evenly.
  • Quickly sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top of the melted chocolate.
  • Chill again for another 10 minutes or in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Once set, break the bark into pieces using a butter knife.
