Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt and Pepper To taste
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Fresh Basil or Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the creamy sauce over the top.
  • Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
  • Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours until chicken is tender.
  • In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add butter to the crockpot and stir into the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
