Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the creamy sauce over the top.
Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours until chicken is tender.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add butter to the crockpot and stir into the sauce.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
