In a large casserole dish, mix together frozen meatballs, pasta sauce, and water. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle uncooked pasta into the mixture, ensuring it's submerged in the sauce.
Cover the casserole dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
