  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie, poached, or leftover chicken.
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free cream cheese Can substitute with pureed cashews blended with nutritional yeast.
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk Adjust for desired consistency.
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste fresh chopped green onions (optional) For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, dairy-free cream cheese, almond milk, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well to evenly incorporate all the ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped green onions if desired.

Serving

  • Serve warm with various dippers such as fresh vegetable sticks or low-carb tortilla chips.
