Cupcake Christmas Tree
A festive and fun dessert made of colorful cupcakes arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree!

Ingredients
- 1 box Holiday Funfetti Cake Mix
- 4 large Egg Whites
- ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Milk
- ⅓ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1 cup Butter Softened
- 5 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract For frosting
- ½ tablespoon Cocoa Powder For chocolate frosting
- Yellow Food Coloring For frosting
- Green Food Coloring For frosting
- Sprinkles For decoration

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the Funfetti cake mix, egg whites, oil, milk, mayonnaise, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Line two muffin pans with festive cupcake liners and fill them about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
- For the frosting, cream the softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Divide the frosting: mix some with cocoa powder for chocolate frosting, color some yellow, and the rest green.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the different colored frostings.
- Assemble the cupcakes in a circular pattern on a platter to form a tree shape. Add sprinkles for decoration.
