Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Choose your cut of beef: cube steak for tenderness or round steak for a leaner option.
  • Place the steaks into the bottom of your crockpot in a single layer.
  • Pour the diced tomatoes over the beef.
  • Scatter the sliced onion on top.
  • Pour the beef broth over the mixture.
  • Add minced garlic.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Gently stir everything together.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat for 6 to 8 hours.

Serving

  • Serve immediately with creamy mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs, like parsley.
