  • 1 packet Gravy mix

For the Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and gravy mix on top.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set to low heat. Cook for about 6 to 8 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and mix with the gravy.

Final Steps

  • Prepare the mashed potatoes as desired, then serve a scoop on a plate.
  • Top with the shredded chicken and gravy.
  • Garnish with herbs or crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
