Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients
  

Meat and Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 24 oz pasta sauce Use low-sodium if preferred.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste Salt Adjust according to preference.
  • Black pepper to taste Black pepper

Cheeses

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For garnish.

Pasta

  • 25 oz frozen cheese ravioli No need to thaw before using.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces.
  • Drain excess fat from the beef.
  • Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat until bubbling.

Layering

  • Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Layer half of the frozen cheese ravioli over the beef mixture.
  • Add half of the remaining meat sauce, followed by half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle all the Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheeses.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Slice the lasagna into squares and serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
  • Pair with a green salad and crusty bread for a complete meal.

Notes
