Crockpot Parmesan Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 ounces each)
  • 2 packets ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes Chopped into chunks
  • Grated Parmesan cheese To taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Remove the chicken from its packaging and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Lay the chicken breasts evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning packets with the cream of chicken soup and stir until well blended.
  • Pour the cream of chicken and ranch mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring it's well-coated.
  • Open one of the empty cream of chicken cans, fill it with water, and pour into the crockpot.
  • Chop the Yukon gold potatoes and add them to the crockpot.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Once cooking time is up, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.

Serving

  • Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and potatoes before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality chicken for better flavor. You can adjust seasoning and add vegetables for customization. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
