  • 1 bag 26-ounce frozen meatballs Use quality frozen meatballs for better flavor.
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix This adds a rich depth of flavor.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Enhances the savory flavor.
  • 1 jar 16-ounce sliced pepperoncini peppers (with juice) Don't hold back on the juice.
  • ½ cup water Helps to create the sauce.
  • ½ cup butter, diced Enriches the flavor and texture.

Preparation

  • Place the frozen meatballs in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the contents of the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix over the meatballs.
  • Pour the sliced pepperoncini peppers and their juice over the meatballs.
  • Add ½ cup of water and scatter the diced butter on top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for about 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve the meatballs once they are cooked through and tender.

Notes
