Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken thighs and baby potatoes in the bottom of the Crockpot, evenly distributed.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the Crockpot, ensuring everything is well coated.
  • Add chicken broth to keep everything moist.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are fork-tender.

Serving

  • Once done, sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve chicken alongside tender potatoes.
  • Can be served alone or with a fresh salad or crusty bread.
