  • 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
  • 1.5 pounds Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Chopped
  • 5 tablespoons Butter Cut into pads

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients for a smooth cooking process.
  • Place the beef stew meat in one half of the crockpot and the baby Yukon gold potatoes in the other half.
  • Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over both the beef and potatoes.
  • Toss the beef to coat it with the seasonings, keeping it separate from the potatoes.
  • Top both the meat and potatoes with chopped garlic.
  • Place pads of butter evenly over the entire mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours until the beef is tender.
  • Once cooked, spoon the garlic butter sauce over the beef and potatoes before serving.
