Au Jus Gravy Mix
Or homemade if preferred

Ranch Dressing Mix
Optional, for extra flavor

Worcestershire Sauce

French Rolls or Hoagie Buns

Or cheese of choice

Instructions
Place beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce directly onto the roast.
Add sliced onions around the beef.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
Once cooked, shred the beef in the crockpot using two forks.
Toast French rolls or hoagie buns and fill each with the shredded beef.
Top with a slice of provolone cheese and serve with a bowl of au jus for dipping.
