Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix Or homemade if preferred
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix Optional, for extra flavor
  • 1 piece Onion Sliced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 pieces French Rolls or Hoagie Buns
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese Or cheese of choice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  • Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce directly onto the roast.
  • Add sliced onions around the beef.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the beef in the crockpot using two forks.
  • Toast French rolls or hoagie buns and fill each with the shredded beef.
  • Top with a slice of provolone cheese and serve with a bowl of au jus for dipping.
