Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken or Beef Your choice
  • 2 pieces Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 1 piece Onion Sliced
  • 1 packet Fajita Seasoning or homemade
  • Tortillas for serving Flour or corn
  • Rice for serving Optional

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken or beef in the crockpot.
  • Layer sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the meat.
  • Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the ingredients, ensuring even coverage.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the meat if using chicken or slice beef against the grain.
  • Serve in warm tortillas with optional rice and toppings.
