Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour the prepared mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring that all the chicken is covered.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese to the crockpot and stir until fully integrated.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
