  • 2 pounds Chicken Tenderloins Fresh or thawed if frozen.
  • 1 packet Gravy Mix (approximately 2.5 ounces) Choose your favorite brand for great flavor.
  • 1 cup Water Needed to create the gravy.

Preparation

  • Place the chicken tenderloins in your Crockpot, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the gravy mix with 1 cup of water until fully combined and smooth.
  • Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken, making sure the tenderloins are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Cover the Crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for about 4 to 6 hours.
  • Check for doneness; the chicken should be fully cooked and easy to shred with a fork.

Serving

  • Remove the chicken tenderloins from the Crockpot and place them on a serving platter.
  • If desired, shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Pour the warm gravy over the chicken and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
