Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts Boneless and skinless for even cooking
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth Feel free to use flavored broth for more taste
  • 1 package stuffing mix Whole grain stuffing mix can be used for a healthier option
  • 2 cups green beans Either fresh or frozen

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts directly in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top of the chicken and sauce without stirring.
  • Add the green beans on top of the stuffing.
  • Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Serving

  • After cooking, check that the chicken shreds easily with a fork.
  • Scoop out the chicken, stuffing, and green beans onto plates and enjoy warm.

Notes
