Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken and soup mixture without stirring.
  • Add fresh or frozen green beans on top of the stuffing.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Once done, stir the dish gently before serving.
