  • 2 packages 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 6 cups cooked & shredded chicken breast Heaping cups
  • 8 oz Colby Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Green onion For topping
  • Blue cheese crumbles For topping

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and the crockpot.
  • Set your crockpot to low heat.
  • Place the cream cheese into the crockpot.
  • Add in the shredded chicken breast.
  • Sprinkle in the shredded Colby Jack cheese.
  • Pour in the buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing, and garlic powder.
  • Stir to combine the ingredients roughly.
  • Cover and let cook for 75-90 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Once heated and melty, add toppings of blue cheese and green onions before serving.

Serving

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, pita chips, or bread slices.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust spice levels to suit guests’ preferences. Consider adding diced tomatoes or extra dressing as toppings.
