  • 1 can (14 oz) chopped artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)

Preparation

  • Start by ensuring that your slow cooker is ready to use. Optionally, you may lightly grease the slow cooker for easier cleanup.
  • In the slow cooker, add the fresh baby spinach and the drained chopped artichoke hearts.
  • Scoop in the softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a spatula until well combined.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Stir the dip about halfway through cooking to ensure even heating.
  • Check for doneness when heated through and cheeses are fully melted.
  • Once done, stir again and serve.
