  • 2 cups pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade) Opt for high-quality pizza sauce.
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Using high-quality cheese enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced Any color works!
  • 1 small onion, diced For even distribution in the casserole.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Essential for pizza flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Begin by cooking your pasta according to the package directions. Once it’s cooked, drain it and set it aside to cool slightly.
  • Dice the bell pepper and onion for even distribution in the casserole.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, diced bell pepper, diced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Cooking

  • Lightly grease your slow cooker to prevent sticking. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker, spreading it out evenly.
  • Secure the lid on your slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the cheese is melted and everything is bubbly.

Serving

  • Just before serving, give it a good stir to combine everything once more.
