  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips Can substitute with a different type of chocolate.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Mixing different chocolates is encouraged for variety.
  • 1 cup salted cocktail peanuts Feel free to experiment with different nuts.
  • to taste Optional toppings like sea salt, drizzled chocolate, or crushed nuts Enhance the clusters as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by plugging in your Crock Pot and ensure it is clean and dry.
  • Combine the milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and salted cocktail peanuts in the pot.
  • Set your Crock Pot to the low setting.

Cooking

  • Allow the ingredients to heat up for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once melted, mix thoroughly to coat the peanuts evenly.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooling

  • Let the clusters cool at room temperature until hardened.
  • If desired, sprinkle a bit of sea salt or drizzle more chocolate before they set.

Serving

  • Once set, serve clusters on a platter or in decorative boxes.
