  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 cups salted cocktail peanuts
  • 1 cup pecans (optional) For added crunch
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional) For additional sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor enhancement

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Plug in your slow cooker and set it to low heat.
  • Pour all four types of chocolate chips into the crock pot.

Melting

  • Allow the chocolate to melt slowly, stirring occasionally for about an hour.
  • Scrape the sides with a spatula to prevent any chocolate from sticking or burning.

Mixing

  • Once melted, add salted cocktail peanuts, optional pecans, mini marshmallows, and vanilla extract.

Forming Clusters

  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto sheets of parchment paper and space them out.

Setting

  • Allow clusters to cool and harden at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.
