Ingredients
  

  • 1 3-4 lb Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 4-5 Pepperoncini Peppers

Instructions
 

  • Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the roast.
  • Add the au jus gravy mix on top of the ranch dressing.
  • Arrange the pepperoncini peppers on top of the roast.
  • Place the butter on top of the mixture.
  • Set the slow cooker to low and cook for about 8 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the meat if desired and stir it into the juices.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sides.
