Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of the Ranch dressing mix.
  • In a bowl, combine sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and remaining Ranch mix.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
