Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Whole Milk
  • 16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your crock pot by ensuring it is clean and ready for use.
  • In the crock pot, combine 5 cups of whole milk and 16 oz of heavy whipping cream.
  • Add in 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1/4 cup granulated sugar, mixing well to avoid clumps.
  • Pour in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and add a pinch of kosher salt.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and combined.
  • Add 1 cup of milk chocolate chips, stirring to incorporate them into the mixture.
  • Cover the crock pot and set it to low heat. Cook for about 1 hour.
  • After an hour, whisk the hot chocolate again to ensure everything is well mixed.
  • Keep the hot chocolate warm until ready to serve, and enjoy!
