  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella) Adjust according to your preference
  • 12 ounces spaghetti Use your favorite type of pasta

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker, arranged evenly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Cooking

  • Pour the cream mixture over the chicken, making sure it's well coated. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the slow cooker using two forks and mix it into the creamy sauce.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti and shredded cheese to the slow cooker and mix everything together.

Serving

  • Scoop the creamy chicken spaghetti into bowls and enjoy it hot. Optionally garnish with fresh parsley or additional shredded cheese.

Notes

For a healthier option, use low-fat cream cheese and add fresh vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for 2-3 months.
