  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Choose fresh chicken for the best texture.
  • 1 box stuffing mix (10-12 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasonings as desired.

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crock Pot and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir in the chopped celery and onion until thoroughly mixed.
  • Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.

Cooking

  • Cover the Crock Pot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, ensuring the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Serving

  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot or serve the breasts whole with stuffing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
