Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 envelopes chicken gravy mix (about 0.87 ounces each)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (minced, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  • Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Once done, check the seasoning and add more salt or pepper if needed. Garnish with minced parsley before serving.
