Ingredients
  

For the dip

  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Use orange cheddar cheese.
  • 2.5 cups shredded cooked chicken Rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 8 oz cream cheese For a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing For added creaminess.
  • to taste crumbled blue cheese For serving.
  • to taste green onions For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spray the insert of a 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Place the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing into the slow cooker and stir until well combined.

Cooking

  • Set the slow cooker to high for 1-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • About 15 minutes before the cooking time is up, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt completely.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped green onions and crumbled blue cheese before serving.
  • Serve warm with dippers such as tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, pita chips, or crackers.

Notes
