Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the sausage links dry using a paper towel to enhance crispiness.
  • Lightly coat the sausages with olive oil or cooking spray, then season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs and spices.

Cooking

  • Place the sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook the sausages for 8 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are brown and crispy.
  • Check for doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving.
