  • 1/3 cup flour Almond flour for a low-carb option
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and grated cheese until well mixed.
  • Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out to form small circles about an inch apart.
  • Use the back of a spoon to flatten each scoop slightly, ensuring they are even in thickness.
  • Mist the tops with cooking spray or brush lightly with olive oil to enhance crispiness.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
