Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain the cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

Baking

  • Use a spoon or scoop to place small mounds of drained cottage cheese on the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before breaking apart into chip-sized pieces.
