  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Feel free to customize with other dressings.
  • 4 slices sandwich bread Toast until golden brown.
  • Parmesan cheese, for topping Grated for best results.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste For seasoning the chicken.
  • Oil, for frying Heat enough oil to allow frying evenly.

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each seasoned chicken breast in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • In a skillet, heat enough oil over medium heat for frying.

Cooking

  • Once the oil is hot, add the coated chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Toast the sandwich bread until it's golden brown.

Assembly

  • On a slice of toasted bread, place the crispy chicken, add chopped romaine lettuce, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Close your sandwich with another slice of toasted bread and slice it in half for easier eating.
