Preparation

Mixing Coating

  • In a shallow plate, combine ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, and grated parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  • In another shallow plate, place the mayonnaise.

Coating Chicken

  • Dredge each chicken breast in mayonnaise, ensuring both sides are covered.
  • Press the mayo-covered chicken into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.

Baking

  • Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Ensure the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
