Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Mixing Coating
- In a shallow plate, combine ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, and grated parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- In another shallow plate, place the mayonnaise.
Coating Chicken
- Dredge each chicken breast in mayonnaise, ensuring both sides are covered.
- Press the mayo-covered chicken into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
Baking
- Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Ensure the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
