Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks about 2 lb
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil use a good quality olive oil for best results

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  • In a large mixing bowl or resealable plastic bag, add the drumsticks and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
