Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Pizza Dough Pre-made or homemade
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoni Sliced
  • 0.5 cup Pizza Sauce For filling and dipping
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs Or garlic powder, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares (about 3x3 inches).
  • In the center of each square, place a small amount of shredded mozzarella, a piece of pepperoni, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
  • Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
  • Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
