Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares (about 3x3 inches).
In the center of each square, place a small amount of shredded mozzarella, a piece of pepperoni, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
