  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and cover them with cold water. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Toss the potatoes in the same bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Cook the potatoes for about 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Carefully transfer the crispy potatoes to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
